Prof.Dr. Cemal Arkon who had served for many years as Vice Rector of IZTECH, Dean of Faculty of Architecture and Head of City and Regional Planning Department has passed away. We will always remember him with mercy and gratitude.
We have sadly learned that Prof. Dr. Cemal Arkon, who was vice-Rector of our Institute for many years and the head of City and Regional Planning Department, passed away. He was always supportive of our department.
Prof. Dr. Cemal Arkon was always guiding and supporting us by sharing his knowledge and experience throughout the years. He will always live in our hearts. Our sincere condolences to all his family, colleagues and students.
