In the Summer of 2023, a team of research assistants from our department, Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, have been selected for the attendance of XIV International Training Summer School Cultural Heritage and Hydrogeological Instability Survey for Planning: New Technologies and Land Protection from Monday 17 to Friday 28 July 2023. This two-week workshop, organized by Dr. Pietro Grimaldi from Politecnico Bari Cultore Fotogrammetria Architettonica, has contributed to immense learning of photogrammetry in terms of theory, history, traditional and new methods. Various sponsors and stakeholders introduced new technologies as the team conducted several surveys on historic structures in Venice, Teramo, Caserta, and Bari.
