Professor Sayed Hemeda has been honored with two prestigious Springer Nature Editor of Distinction Awards in 2026. Prof. Hemeda received the Editorial Contribution Award 2026 and the Author Service Award 2026 in recognition of his outstanding contributions to editorial work and author support. In recognition of this international achievement, he was also honored by the President of Cairo University, Prof. Mohamed Sami, during a ceremony held on Monday, September 7, celebrating this year’s distinguished faculty members.

The honorary certificate and plaque were accepted on Prof. Hemeda’s behalf by his wife, Dr. Nefertari. We warmly congratulate Prof. Hemeda on this remarkable achievement and wish him continued success in his academic and professional endeavors.
